As you can see, Lampeter has been able to combine a great
deal of sporting events from the rough and tumble of sports
such as Karate and Judo, to the more relaxing pastimes of
golf and bowls. There's something here to suit all tastes.
No Welsh town would be complete without a rugby team and it's
interesting to note that Lampeter R.F.C. was one of the founder
members of the Welsh Rugby Union. I'm glad to say that Lampeter
is moving with the times and giving us girls a chance to show
what we can do on the Rugby field.
